The continuous stepthroughs are doing me in, partially because I'm using new hoops that I just made an hour ago and haven't taped yet... so there's not much to actually hold on to. It's pretty intense on my knee, as I'm not used to lifting, bending and balancing like that. I think it's perfectly manageable though, just need a little practice. :)
